Malik is the director of Freshonomics. He’s a CPA with over 20years of experience in the field of financial audits and technology. He is also an activist who gives lectures, writes and advocates for the Islamic economic system of distributive economics as a solution to the current Capitalist system. He works to create awareness against the current system, detail it's failings and uncover the source of its instability and deficiency. He strongly believes that human beings are at cusp of a human centered approach to economy that is spiritually, socially, economically, and ecologically sustainable.
